This is a complete set for in-line skates. These are a high-quality oil-lubricated bearings made an exacting standard. They are sealed on one side to make it harder for dirt and grit to penetrate the bearing chamber. The other side is removable for ease of cleaning and lubrication. That also allows the hot air generated by mechanical friction to diffuse out more readily which helps minimize the negative effect in performance that heat can have on the bearing chamber. Durable and dependable. Finally, you also get a complete set of 8 aluminum spacers to make a complete wheel replacement. The wheel is a translucent gray/black color.
